Summary

Follow established processes while doing mold, setup, and color changes, including but not limited to:- Ensure that water is being directed away from mould.
- Make that all process monitors are activated and that tolerances are configured properly.
- first and last piece pictures for quality control preparation
- obeys the rules for major modifications
- handles auxiliary tools and materials when necessary
To guarantee adequate machine, tool, and facility cleanliness and organization, implement the 5S program regularly.
Utilize lean approaches to troubleshoot process issues and document process modifications.
To increase productivity, quality, and safety, share production possibilities with the plant manager.
Work along with quality staff to test the goods as necessary.
To maintain optimal output, create work requests for machine and tool repair and offer assistance with facility and machine maintenance as necessary.
