Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AM to join our team at our facility located in Nowhere, ID, 90210. As an AM, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC Folder machines and automation systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our production process and ensure the efficient and accurate fabrication of metal components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC Folder machines to fold and shape metal components according to specifications
• Set up and adjust machine settings, including tooling, speed, and feed rates
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the production team to plan and prioritize work orders
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine settings and maintenance activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC Folder technology

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC Folder machines and automation systems
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and techniques
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in machine setup, tooling changes, and troubleshooting
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
