As a CNC Machine MJ, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand the requirements of each project.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments when needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating CNC machines is highly preferred.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
