Responsibilities
We are excited to be hiring a Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing team of experts as we continue to develop and enhance our Salesforce implementation for all parts of our business. Our Salesforce Lightning implementation includes Sales Cloud, CPQ, Tableau CRM, Partner Communities, and Pardot integration with plans to expand into other suite offerings. We are only a few years into our Salesforce journey, so you will have the opportunity to shape the
course towards scale and meeting the needs for our customers. You will be part of the larger Product & Technology team which prioritizes learning, continuous improvement, and flexibility, allowing for many personal and professional growth opportunities.
The Salesforce Developer’s main responsibility is to integrate external billing systems with Salesforce, building new Lightning Web Components, remaining up to date on all releases, etc.
This includes the following tasks:
● Working with team to design new features and services
● Writing code and documentation in a way that can be easily maintained by other engineers
● Testing code to ensure the end-users get the product experience they expect
● Participating in code reviews to help engineers discover bugs and to share best practices
● Defining and refining work items as a team so everyone shares common understanding of requirements
● Participating in weekly technical support rotation to troubleshoot production issues to ensure end-user satisfaction
● Experimenting with new tools and techniques to help team remain impactful with the least amount of effort
Required Experience
Any of the following:
● BS in Computer Science/Engineering
● Completion of an intense software engineering curriculum (bootcamp)
● 2+ years of relevant software development experience
Desired Experience
● Any Salesforce Developer certification
Required skills or hands-on experience
● Salesforce Apex
● Salesforce Lightning framework
● Lightning Components (Aura & LWC)
● Object-oriented programming
● Consuming or writing web APIs like REST, SOAP, or GraphQL, etc
● Reading and writing SQL or SOQL queries
● Methodical testing of business logic
● Working with version control systems like Git, Subversion, etc

The annual salary is $100,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance.
