CNC Expert Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Expert to join our team at our facility located in Miami, FL, 33166. As a CNC Expert, you will be responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and utilizing CAD/CAM software to create precise and accurate machine parts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and measure machined parts
• Utilize CAD software such as Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, and Zeiss to create detailed part designs
• Program CNC machines using CAM software like Esprit to produce accurate and high-quality parts
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure designs meet specifications and quality standards
• Maintain and calibrate CNC machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and programming
• Experience with machine brands such as Esprit, Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, Zeiss, and Faro
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
