Overview

Come join our team at Georgia Crown Distributing Co. as a professional, reliable Sales Tracking Administrator. Georgia Crown is a full-service alcoholic beverage distributor with wholesale operations doing business in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. This position will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of new and ongoing sales programming for Georgia,Alabama and Tennessee. Extensive interaction with sales management and our core suppliers will be required..

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain data for supplier and internal sales programs.
  • Track established goals to assist in successful achievement of programs.
  • Obtain, document and analyze data for reporting to suppliers, Sales Marketing and Sales Managers
  • Monitor program progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports 
  • Develop and analyze records to create/track progress reports throughout program’s cycle and at program’s end.
  • Create and provide backup documentation for all program payouts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient problem solving skills preferred.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Must have general understanding of sales and sales programming.
  • Must possess strong verbal & written communication and facilitation skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (to include, but not limited to: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Must have the ability to gather and analyze information and data in clear and concise format
  • Background checks (i.e. police backgrounds, reference checks, etc.)
