Here's what you'll be doing

You'll be the last line of defense in our quality assurance process, ensuring that every component that leaves our facility is nothing short of perfect. You'll work closely with our production team, providing real-time feedback and insights that drive continuous improvement.

Your days will be filled with purpose and precision:

• Conducting thorough inspections of prefab components at various stages of production
• Collaborating with our design and engineering teams to refine specifications and tolerances
• Developing and implementing new quality control procedures as we grow and innovate
• Mentoring team members on quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence
• Analyzing quality data to identify trends and spearhead proactive improvements

You need these qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in construction or manufacturing
• You're proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• You have hands-on experience with precision measurement tools and techniques
• You possess a deep understanding of materials science, particularly as it relates to building materials
• You're comfortable with data analysis and report writing to drive process improvements

It would be nice if

• You have experience with prefab or modular construction methods
• You're familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems
• You have a background in structural engineering or architecture
• You're experienced with 3D modeling software and how it relates to quality control
• You're a DIY enthusiast who's built or renovated your own spaces
