JOB SUMMARY:

The Buyer is responsible for researching and purchasing products for production. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

· Researches, analyzes, and purchases products with attention to required specifications.

· Develops and maintains relationships with wholesalers and suppliers.

· Negotiates contracts with wholesalers and suppliers.

· Assess financial risk of purchase and communicates risk as necessary.

· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to purchasing systems.

· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
