Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

· Base salary plus commission

· No cap on commission

· Receive inbound sales calls and internet leads daily on a variety of products

· Traditional need-satisfaction sales methodology employed to investigate customer needs, determine best product solution to satisfy customer, present product effectively and build value, overcome any objections, and make the sale

· Prioritize and manage a variety of daily tasks, from prospect follow up to order follow through

· Build and manage relationships with customers and assigned accounts

· Qualify and mine prospective customers

· Responds to digital quote request in a timely fashion

· Work with a growing dealer network to provide better service to end user customers

· Work with our engineering team when fulfilling custom orders

· Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with trends and industry changes

· Keep management informed of opportunities and feedback


Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Work well with team members and be open to support and feedback

· Sales experience preferred but would train the right candidate

· Must be self-starting and driven

· Charismatic personality with ability to persuade others

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written

· Competitive

· Computer skills a must (includes Microsoft suite with emphasis on outlook and excel)

· Must have a love for Trucks

· Must be relatable to Blue-Collar America
