We are always looking for experienced Process Engineers to support the continued growth of food, beverage, and personal care divisions. A successful candidate must be knowledgeable in all aspects of sanitary process and industry terminology. This position is available at any Statco location and requires limited travel to customer sites in the U.S and Canada. Candidates should have a Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering Degree and a strong grasp of sanitary process design, including dairy, carbonated soft drink, personal care and food.

Are you motivated by this work?

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work with Engineering Department and clients through all phases of the project from initial design and detailed bid packages through successful startup
  • Prepare and manage project budgets
  • Develop and manage project schedules
  • Support and prepare technical specification documents
  • Manage P&ID and mechanical drawing development
  • Additional duties as assigned

Total compensation includes your pay (base salary), commission/incentives, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment! 

Base Salary Range: $87,500.00 - $150,000.00; Potential Commission Opportunity: $10,000.00 - $40,000.00

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sanitary or liquid process experience in food, beverage, dairy, or personal care industries
  • Experience with process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, Mass, and Energy Balances
  • Experience with process technology including mixing and blending, flow control, plate heat exchangers, temperature regulation, CO2 carbonation, process control/instrumentation and CIP systems preferred
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, AutoCAD
  • Ability to travel 20% - 40% of the time
  • Self-motivated, driven, detail-oriented and customer service focused
  • Creative and effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to self-direct workload is a must
  • Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
