We are currently hiring for Powder Coat Technicians to join our growing team. The Powder Coat Tech is expected to prepare products, set up powder coating booth, and complete the powder coating process for products.

This is a swing position with a differential pay of $3. The hours are 4:15p-12:30a

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine quantity and type of powder coat to use.
• Identify appropriate colors and finishes.
• Prepare surfaces to be powder coated.
• Operate powder coat machinery.
• Comply with chemical and waste storage and disposal regulations and best practices.
• Maintain a clean work area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program, previous experience, or on the job training required.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent work
