Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding machines.
• Perform tool, die, and mold repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Set up tools and dies for production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tool/die/mold repair and setups.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plastic manufacturing is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
