Here's what you'll be doing

You'll oversee all aspects of our state-of-the-art prefab manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in bridging our innovative designs with efficient production processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of skilled professionals across various departments
• Optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control standards
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams to improve manufacturability
• Driving a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

You need these qualifications

• You have 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• You've successfully managed a large-scale production facility, preferably in construction or related industries
• You have a proven track record of implementing Lean manufacturing principles and driving operational efficiencies
• You're experienced in developing and managing budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning
• You have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams

It would be nice if

• You have experience in prefab or modular construction methods
• You hold an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
• You're familiar with sustainable manufacturing practices and green building standards
• You have experience with ERP systems and digital transformation in manufacturing
• You're passionate about innovative construction technologies and methods
