CL&D has a great opportunity for an New Business Representative in Oconomowoc, WI.

The New Business Representative works as a cross-trained member of a team accountable for the preparation, recording, and verification of new business quotes, graphics templates, and test roll orders. Interacts closely with Sales, Account Services Teams, internal operations teams, and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Review requests for quotes from Sales and Account Services teams for completeness and communicate when additional information or clarification is needed.
2. Review and analyze RFQ (Request For Quote) requirements to generate timely and accurate quote letters. Correlate all cost, including outside vendors, and specification information within the expected timeframe.
3. Enter data and detailed information into an ERP and CRM Systems, as well as into the MS Office Suite applications such as Excel or Word.
4. Create qualification materials in the ERP for new prospect customers and projects and follow through to shipping and approval.
5. Create and review technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator Program
6. Engage and establish rapport with the customer while also building relationships with vendors
7. Performs additional duties as required

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have strong communication, critical thinking, and data entry skills. Must have ability to evaluate data and make determination of sufficiency with familiar topics.  Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to multi-task and prioritize multiple objectives/tasks with high level of detail orientation.  Must be able to seek advice from peers and incorporate peer feedback into execution of duties. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-pace environment.  Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve. Must be able to cross-train within team responsibilities.
