Responsibilities:

Assembly

• Mechanical assembly of conveyor
• Wiring and termination of panels and junction boxes
• Roller shaft assembly
• In-process quality inspection of equipment during the assembly process

Fabrication

• Operation of laser, brake press, welding, drill press, grinding, cut off saw, mill lathe, shear, roller shaft cutting equipment and cleaning and inspection of finished parts.
• Plastics setup and operate injection molding equipment.
• Assist in extrusion process and drive belt manufacturing
• Assist in Roller Shafting area.

Crating / Material Control

• Assist in the building of crates and shipment of component parts.
• Assist stockroom personnel in general activities of stock room control.
