Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team at our facility in San Francisco, CA, 94117. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual machining, manual grinding, and operating various machines such as manual vertical mills, surface grinders, and vertical machining centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual machining operations using equipment such as manual grinders, manual vertical mills, and surface grinders
• Operate vertical machining centers with 3-4 axis capabilities
• Work with machine brands including Okamoto, Sharp, Chevalier, and Fanuc
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist
• Proficient in manual machining techniques
• Experience with manual grinders, manual vertical mills, surface grinders, and vertical machining centers
• Familiarity with machine brands such as Okamoto, Sharp, Chevalier, and Fanuc
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
