Job Description

This person is responsible for direct management of the social operations team and will work with the leadership team to provide the highest level of performance and efficiency across all social ad platforms.

The ideal candidate for this position is an expert in social media marketing, has demonstrated exemplary customer service skills, and has a track record of leadership. The ability to think out of the box to resolve both day-to-day and strategic challenges is a must.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing eight+ members of the social team including hiring, team training, and performance reviews.

  • Providing support to Adtaxi operations, sales and client services teams for all social platforms, including assistance with campaign performance challenges, technical issues, creative troubleshooting, etc.

  • Managing social advertising partner relationships (e.g., Meta, Snapchat) for all day-to-day and campaign-specific needs, as well as longer-term strategic goals.

  • Working collaboratively with the Adtaxi ops leadership group to develop solutions that will improve our operational efficiency, campaign management tools and processes.

  • Supporting the product team with new products and vendors to ensure they meet Adtaxi's operational requirements and are thoroughly vetted for operational use.

  • Proactively seeking out new opportunities to drive revenue and raise the bar on campaign performance.


Required Skills

  • 3 – 5 years managing a social operations team

  • Extensive knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other social platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), including advanced product capabilities, campaign tracking, creative management, etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Strong quantitative skills
