Essential Functions

Adtaxi Networks is searching for a Manager of Search Operations to develop and scale one of the fastest-growing parts of our business. You’ll be managing a team of top-notch SEM Specialists, and developing processes and tools to ensure we’re providing the highest level of campaign performance and customer service in the industry. You will also have responsibility for managing our PSP partnership with Google, one of the cornerstones of Adtaxi’s business.

What you will be doing:

  • Directly overseeing a team of Certified SEM Professionals who develop strategy and implementation of Paid Search campaigns for Adtaxi’s clients

  • Helping to define and maintain best practices that maximize efficiency across the team, providing clear and consistent methods for optimization and campaign management across all client spend levels that translate into effective work flow and the highest level of campaign performance in the industry

  • Managing our Google PSP and Microsoft Partnership status, including new product initiatives, compliance audits and quarterly training sessions on new products and services

  • Supporting sales growth through the implementation of new digital products and services that add value for our partners and provide an excellent customer experience, working closely with our Product team

  • Developing close relationships with our Sales and Client Services teams, to ensure our sales and operations efforts are working in lock-step to provide the best level of customer service in the industry

What we would like to see:

  • 3 – 5 years experience managing an SEM team in a digital ad agency or similar environment

  • Google Ads certifiedA solution-oriented approach to all challenges

  • Strong communication and ability to be diplomatic verbally and in writing

  • Ability to communicate with VP and C-level executives, and experience working closely with a sales team

  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented

  • Understanding of SEM best practices and implementation techniques

  • Understanding of SEM strategy from developing a proposal to implementation to ongoing optimization

  • Able to motivate a team to meet KPIs and revenue goals

  • Comfortable working with budgets, and strong quantitative skills

  • Proficient in Excel
