Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Document production data and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain machinery
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and specifications
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform routine maintenance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
