ID Technology is seeking an IT Systems Technician. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will also train computer users and maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Does this work interest you?
Resolve incidents according to company/corporate policy:
- Provisioning/Deprovisioning user accounts across multiple applications
- Install, move, add, or change new hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Comprehensive note-taking and time tracking in incidents
- Escalation of tasks as needed
Coordinate with corporate IT on high-level issues
Complete project task work
Provide telecom diagnosis and support
Support maintenance tasks:
- Software installation and updates
- Hardware lifecycle/purchasing and decommissioning
- User accounts and permissions across multiple applications
- Cell phone rollouts
- Disaster Recovery Testing
If this sounds like you, we want to connect!
- 1-2 years’ experience working IT help desk, Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables
- Self-motivated and eager to excel in your work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows (8,10), Microsoft Office 365, and Apple iOS
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer hardware
- Experience with basic networking (routing, switching, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
