Engineer Job Description

We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our team at our facility located in City, IL, 90210. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for working with automation systems, CAD/CAM software, blow molding machines, boring mills, and vertical machining centers.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CAD/CAM software to design and program parts for production
• Operate and maintain blow molding machines, boring mills, and vertical machining centers
• Work with automation systems to optimize production processes
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues

Qualifications:

• Experience working with automation systems, CAD/CAM software, and blow molding machines
• Familiarity with vertical machining centers (3-4 axis) and boring mills
• Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam and Surfcam
• Knowledge of machine brands including Hurco, Toshiba, Siemens Nx, Fanuc, and Makino

You should be proficient in:

• CAD/CAM
• Automation Systems

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Vertical Machining Center (3-4 axis) (Fanuc, Makino)
• CAM Software (Mastercam, Surfcam, Siemens Nx)
• Boring Mill (Hurco, Toshiba)
• Blow Molding Machine
