Pro Mach's Brenton division is seeking a talented Controls Supervisor to contribute to the success of the company by leading the controls group, moving projects forward and working with Mechanical Engineering.
- Responsible for personnel issues within controls group, including maintaining capacity, employee performance appraisals, handling personnel problems, schedule training and seminars.
- Assigning WM's, Retros, and Projects
- Gathering SCR info for project managers
- Working with vendors and R&D to stay up on the latest information.
- Attends RIA seminars and works with Mechanical Engineering on Risk Assessments.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years progressive experience in Controls Engineering. Packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey engineering priorities and concepts at all levels of the organization.
