Summary/Objective
This entry level position is responsible for ensuring the inserting process is completed on a daily basis.

Essential Functions
The role of Mailroom Inserter is to place free standing inserts into the daily newspapers for Berthoud.

• Hand inserting free standing inserts into the inserting machine.
• Use the shrink wrap machine to wrap pallets
• Use pallet jacks to move materials with the mailroom and warehouse
• Supplying an inserting station “pocket” with approximately 100 inserts at a time.
• Proper usage of a “jogging” table aligning all inserts perfectly prior to loading a pocket.
• Work on the bindery machine to load signatures
• Loading mail pieces into the mail machine and gathering address pieces off of the conveyor.
• Responsible for daily clean up of the mailroom.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

The hourly wage for Colorado residents is $12.56.
