JOB SUMMARY:


The Customer Care Representative’s primary focus is providing excellent customer service for our customers. This includes acting as a liaison between customers and our service department, handling administrative tasks associated with sales, and providing a high quality customer service experience during the delivery and initial days after delivery. The Customer Care Representative takes on a number of other duties related to inventory and purchasing. 


  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 


· Create and maintain sales orders.

· Maintain customer database.

· Act as a liaison between customers, Production, and Sales.

· Assist with collecting payments, including communicating with financial institutions.

· Provide warranty information to customers.

· Complete all administrate tasks relevant to certifications and documentation (ex. NMMA, HIN/VIN, tags, etc).

· Assist customers with personalization of boats, including vinyl wrapping, upholstery, and paint selections.

· Maintain an open line of communication with customers during the build process, including sending photo and timeline updates.

· Work with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of components.

· Assist in inventory tracking and usage related to BOM’s and warranty needs.



QUALIFICATIONS:


· High School Diploma or GED required.

· 3 years of customer service experience, over-the-phone experience is a plus.

· Ability to handle difficult situations with customers.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

· Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
