CNC Machinist - MJ's Demo Time TEST

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at MJ's Demo Time TEST in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD/CAM, manual machining, and operating CNC Swiss Lathe and CNC Lathe machines with 5+ axis capabilities. Familiarity with machine brands such as Tsugami and Eurotech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Program and set up CNC Swiss Lathe and CNC Lathe machines
Operate machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
Perform manual machining tasks when necessary
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

Experience with CAD/CAM software
Proficiency in manual machining techniques
Ability to operate CNC Swiss Lathe and CNC Lathe machines with 5+ axis
Familiarity with Tsugami and Eurotech machine brands
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and teamwork skills

G-Code
Manual machining
CAD/CAM
