Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) to perform precision machining operations.

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to determine machining requirements.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

• Continuously monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain production accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
