Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) to perform precision machining operations.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to determine machining requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Continuously monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain production accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
