At Norix, we design innovative, robust furniture that meets the real-world need for humanizing challenging environments. We are currently looking for a Brand Host for our LEED gold certified headquarters in West Chicago. The Brand Host will present the first impression of Norix by warmly welcoming all visitors and professionally answering incoming calls.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Professionally routes all incoming calls, directing or providing callers with proper information.

-       Transferring to Outside Sales Reps when appropriate. Maintain incoming call data.

- Ask callers purpose of their call to route them to the right person.

- Greet visitors in a professional manner. Offer beverages and snacks. 

- Maintain/coordinate schedule of customer or vendor visits. Send visitor information to management on a weekly basis.

- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.

- Keep temporary key cards secure. Issue visitor key cards, maintaining access log.

- Set up for meetings and/or order lunches.

- Maintain a clean, professional reception area.

- Manage the Norix Gives cash/product donations to include sourcing charitable organizations for discontinued product and coordinating with various departments to complete the process.

- Coordinate company social events and participate in the social committee 

- Other duties as needed.

- Know the functions of end-to-end business and learn all personnel/company functions etc...

- Self-motivated

- Excellent communication skills and patient

- Organized and detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multi-task

- Proficient in MS Outlook (Word/Excel, etc.…)
