We are seeking a talented and experienced Automation Engineer Manager to lead our automation initiatives at our state-of-the-art facility in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of automation systems, with a focus on industrial robotics, specifically utilizing Kawasaki machines. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support in project execution.
Design, develop, and implement automation systems to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Oversee the integration of Kawasaki industrial robots into manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on industrial robotics.
Proven experience managing teams and leading projects in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of automation systems and industrial robot programming, specifically Kawasaki.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
