In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of automation systems, with a focus on industrial robotics, specifically utilizing Kawasaki machines. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support in project execution.
• Design, develop, and implement automation systems to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Oversee the integration of Kawasaki industrial robots into manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on industrial robotics.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and industrial robot programming, specifically Kawasaki.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
