Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team at our facility in La Crosse, WI (94101). As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient assembly of products using blow molding machines. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion for precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machines to assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards
• Perform routine maintenance on blow molding machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily production targets

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating blow molding machines
• Proficient in blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent
