HCSG's Industrial Elevator Service Group is growing quickly! We are seeking talented Elevator Mechanics to join our team!

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking an Elevator Apprentice with electrical experience. For over 40 years, Hoist & Crane Service Group has been a leader in the crane service industry, and is expanding into the elevator service industry. Elevator Apprentice assists the Lead Elevator Technician as directed on all job functions related to the service of all types of cranes and hoists. Assistant Elevator Apprentices may be required to work independently and/or supervise others during specific tasks on a job as directed by the Lead Elevator Technician based on demonstrated abilities. Elevator Apprentices are expected to follow all safety guidelines of HCSG and of the work site and always use safe work practices. Ideal candidates will have basic electrical experience and be able to work at high elevations.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will be able to pass drug, alcohol, background, and motor vehicle checks and will meet the following:

• Possess or be eligible to get a TWIC card
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to gain technical knowledge and skills
• Working knowledge of hand tools
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
• Able to work as part of a team or individually
• Adhere to all company policies including safety, appearance, and customer service
