As Ossid's Customer Care Representative , you will contribute to the company’s success by participating in the growth and profitability of our Aftermarket sales.  The role works closely with various stakeholders to optimize price, cost, performance, and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will….

• Receive and assist customers with sales orders for after market parts.
• Research and resolve customer issues and complaints by gathering information or referring customers to engineering, manufacturing operations, shipping, etc.
• Provide RMA numbers for returns, including repairs.
• Enter new sales orders into system.
• Assist customers with next-day orders and ensure parts are shipped timely.
• Assist customers with questions regarding order status.
• Follow-up on backordered parts to ensure customer receives part as timely as possible.
• Provide Quality Control with customer information to resolve issues with after market parts.
• Work with Shipping Department to research and resolve quantity disputes from customer.
• Generate back order report in the absence of the After Market Manager.
• Gather incoming faxes and distribute to appropriate employee.
• Act as back-up for Receptionist when needed.
• Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management.

Who we’re looking for?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary for performing the job.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel
• Proven ability to work with little to no daily oversight
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully handle a multi-tasked role
