Job Purpose: Apply cash daily, and reconcile unapplied cash with customer remittance.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Run bank statement daily
- Make sure all remittances received from 3rd Parties and apply to Bank Statement
- Work with AR team on applications of cash
- Make sure cash is applied in 3 Working Days
- Apply all credit card payments
- Work with Accounting Personnel on any issues with customer remittances, AR out of balances, or any other issues that will arise
- All other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of office experience required
Core Competencies
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Very well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per day
- Extended time in front of a computer which can cause eye strain
